Welcome to LabsCheck. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. LabsCheck acts as an aggregator platform connecting users with diagnostic laboratories.

2. Services Description

We provide a comprehensive platform for users to:

Search for diagnostic labs near their location
Compare prices and services of various pathology labs
Book appointments for home sample collection or lab visits
Access digital reports provided by the respective labs

Note: LabsCheck does not conduct medical tests directly. All medical services are performed by third-party NABL/ISO certified laboratories.

3. Booking and Payments

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Prices displayed are subject to change without notice, though we strive for accuracy. Payment for tests is collected on behalf of the partnering labs.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The content on LabsCheck i.e. text, graphics, images, and other materials is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Limitation of Liability

LabsCheck shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any medical negligence, misconduct, or delays caused by the partner laboratories.

6. Partner Subscriptions & Fees

To 'Become a Partner' and list diagnostic services on LabsCheck, laboratories may be required to subscribe to a membership plan via the Partner Portal. By purchasing a subscription, Partners agree to recurring billing. Plan details, inclusions, and cancellation terms are available on the Partner Portal.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Users can cancel their booking through the 'My Bookings' section or by contacting support. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

8. Partner Terms

Entities with their own diagnostic laboratories ('Partners') may list their services on the LabsCheck platform for business purposes. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and quality of services. LabsCheck acts as an aggregator platform and reserves the right to verify, accept, or remove partners.
